I have delivered thousands of light wind courses and designed them to be the perfect 'slow motion' conditions for improving your high wind performance, making them incredibly productive and entertaining- don't expect some boring simulator session watching someone talk for hours! |

In light winds it's so much easier to break the moves down and thoroughly understand and practise Core Skills with ease and continuity. Strong winds are great too, but generally a light wind session will be more productive than a high wind blast!
