Course Content.
Wave sailing with INtuition Damage limitation (how to prevent injury or breaking kit), getting over waves, catching and riding waves, safe zones, jumping, game plan, stance, tuning, stunts, tacking, upwind.
Other likely course content:
Carve gibing, freestyle, surfing.
Minimum Standard:
Carve gibing skills, experience on boards under 100 litres volume, coastal sailing experience in winds over force six.
